Description
Kutki are rich source of fibre and have low carbohydrate content, slow digestibility and low water-soluble gum content, all these have been attributed to improve glucose metabolism. The grain releases sugar slowly in the blood and slows down glucose absorption which helps insulin to respond better. Additionally an excellent source of potent antioxidants.
