Makka Aata

Whole maize kernels are ground into a fine powder to create organic gluten free atta. Protein, fiber, starch, and the vitamins and minerals found in whole corn are all present in it. It usually has a yellow color. For puddings and other related recipes, corn is employed as a binding agent.
